Available now on Android and iOS, this update includes a Ubisoft Assassin’s Creed collaboration with cosmetic items, the opening of NEW STATE Labs and more

- KRAFTON, Inc. today announced that the August Update for NEW STATE MOBILE is live on Android and iOS. In partnership with Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed, players can drop into the battlegrounds in some of the series’ iconic outfits and obtain Assassin’s Creed-themed items and rewards during the collaboration period. Additionally, this month’s update includes the launch of NEW STATE Labs, a new sniper rifle and the start of Survivor Pass Vol. 10.

  • Master the Art of Stealth on the Battleground: The collaboration with Ubisoft’s best-selling series, Assassin’s Creed, is live in NEW STATE MOBILE and runs until Sept. 22. During the collaboration period, players can get the full outfits of two iconic characters from the hit series: Ezio Auditore da Firenze, beloved character of the Assassin’s Creed franchise since Assassin’s Creed II, and Shay Patrick Cormac from Assassin’s Creed: Rogue. Players can also obtain over 30 unique Assassin’s Creed-themed costumes, weapon skins and items through limited-time events and collaboration crates.
  • NEW STATE Labs Opens for Experiments: NEW STATE Labs is now open and is designed to provide experimental content for players to experience new settings and features in the game before everyone else. The Lab’s first test feature is Akinta: Bounty Royale, a project that involves competing for a prize instead of pure survival skills. It will be available for access through to September 22. A maximum of 36 players can join the match in third-person squad mode on the new upcoming map, Akinta. A round of play tickets has been given to a selection of players and others can also take part in the project by receiving an invitation ticket. Such invitation tickets can be obtained from the selected participants or earned through community events.
  • The Lynx AMR Joins the Sniper Rifle Arsenal: A new sniper rifle, Lynx AMR, is ready to be unleashed in NEW STATE MOBILE. The Lynx AMR utilizes 50 BMG ammunition and can be obtained from care packages across all maps, as well as the chance of it appearing in the Weapons Box inside the Police Station in Chester, Troi. Players should be wary of the Lynx AMR as it deals the most damage among all sniper rifles and is extremely effective on opposing enemies and vehicles at long range. After exhausting the pre-loaded 10 bullets, extra ammo cannot be loaded and can then only be used for the scope slot.
  • Survivor Pass Vol. 10: The August Update introduces a new Survivor Pass focused on the hacker, Shy-D, from the Dream Runner’s faction in NEW STATE MOBILE. Completing all story missions allows players to claim all of Shy-D’s costumes and face skins for free. Players who purchase the upgrade to a Premium Pass can claim the ‘Dream Runner’ costume set, additional exclusive rewards and a faster progression path.
